Glossop Heritage Video Project
Location: Derbyshire
This project has created a video history documentary to record the experiences of local residents who worked in glossop's cotton mills. The video has been combined with photographs and film from archives at glossop Heritage Centre and has formed part of an exhibition showing glossop as a cotton town.
The video has been designed, researched and produced by Year 13 pupils at Glossopdale Community College.
They have designed the format of the production and worked alongside mill workers to capture the oral histories.
