Interpretation Panels - Darley Abbey Society
Location: Derbyshire

This project looked at the natural, cultural and important industrial heritage of Darley Abbey one of the earliest mill sites along the Derwent Valley, which is now a World Heritage Site.

The settlement included housing for the mill workers, a school and a church. The local community researched the heritage of Darley Abbey, and included an exhibition, leaflets, interpretation panels, guided walks, and the construction of a new website.
