Fishtoft Big Dig & Parish Investigation
Location: Lincolnshire
Fishtoft is an important Anglo-Saxon settlement, and this project centres around an excavation called the "Big Dig" which to be carried out over the weekend of National Archaeology Week.
Many other activities are planned at the same time, namely augering, field-working, geophysical survey workshops, pottery workshops and an oral history workshop.
