Ashfield's Cricket Heritage
Location: Nottinghamshire
The aim of the project is to complement the unveiling of the Harold Larwood statue in Kirkby-in-Ashfield town centre and the opening of the Kirkby Portland Cricket Club's new pavilion. LHI's involvement is to produce an exhibition plus a website update as a starting point for further promotion. There will be a cricket heritage booklet produced as an educational aid for Key Stages 2 & 4 and an electronic version of this booklet will be put on the Kirkby Portland Cricket Club website.
