Colston Bassett Captures the Past
Location: Nottinghamshire

Colston Bassett is a small but lively community with a clear history going back to mediaeval times. The project has been initiated by residents. The project aims to research the history, develop an oral history record, collate and capture documents and photographs into a digital format, create a website and publish a booklet. A calendar will be created with old photographs and new drawings. Regular events and exhibitions will be held to share information and promote an interest in the history to a wider audience.
