Telling Tales in Gotham
Location: Nottinghamshire

Gotham is the home of a collection of noodle stories, tales that reflect & comment on the thin line between wisdom & madness. These are the earliest examples in the country and were first recorded in the reign of King John.

The project will research the history of the stories and their links to the modern village. The research will be used as a basis for 2 free performances of the plays, production of a historic village trail, video & village map which will be included on the village website.
