Willington Local History Group
Location: Bedfordshire

Willington is a small village to the east of Bedford which has evidence of human occupation dating back to the iron age.

The project aims to stimulate and foster an interest in the village's heritage, increasing local people's understanding and enjoyment of it.

The group will produce an information board, 'timeline' panels and a village heritage trail leaflet. A series of events including guided walks and illustrated talks will take place.
