This project follows on from survey work already completed by the parish tree wardens and is recording the location, number, clone type and management condition of black poplars in Roydon. This project is also carrying out remedial tree surgery work on sixteen trees.

As well as carrying out the remedial work on the black poplar population, this project is working with the local primary school, to produce a booklet using photographic material and children's painting, gained from the surveys.
