Matthew Hopkins - The Witchfinder General
Location: Essex
This project aims to interpret the life and times of Matthew Hopkins, the Witchfinder- General.
The project will undertake research and produce a historically accurate account of his life as well as looking at the myths surrounding his life.
The group will put on a performance to illustrate the research. Community members will be able to get involved with all stages of the project and a community DVD will be produced along with a teachers pack and an interpretation board.
