The aim of this project is to repair, restore and refurbish the 'Old Firehouse' - the oldest in Norfolk and second oldest in England. Once repaired the building will be open to the public and there will be a display of artifacts and the history of the building.

There is a team of four working on the project. They have coordinated all the planning and administration plus restoration work. Being a small team, they have turned to others for extra help, using the skills of a retired carpenter, volunteers from the local supermarket and barn space from the local manor house.
