"Spread your Wings", produced and written by Woodbridge RSPB Local Group, and largely financed by the Local Heritage Initiative, was published in June 2004. It is the definitive guide to five RSPB reserves on the Suffolk Coast: North Warren & Aldringham Walks, Minsmere, Havergate Island, Boyton Marshes and Dingle Marshes.

The book comprises 96 pages and contains 123 colour photographs. It contains information on the geography and history of each reserve, notes on the habitat and management, details of fauna and flora and a season by season account of the birds to be seen. Maps of each reserve are provided together with details of opening times and how to get there. There is also a check list of Suffolk birds.

Since the launch of "Spread your Wings" we have given free copies to all the schools in Suffolk coastal district, and to all the libraries in Suffolk. The books have sold very well at £5 each, and now, in Spring 2006, we only have 800 left in stock from the original print run of 3000 books.
