Bat Conservation Trust Training Course

Saturday 1st July 2006

Come and enjoy an afternoon of illustrated talks and workshops, with an optional evening bat walk. This course is aimed at those who are new to bats and would like to know a little bit more. Course content includes bat ID and introduction to bat detectors.

Mammal Action with the Wild-bunch

Wednesday 5th July 1:15pm (3 hours)

Join the Wild-bunch during National Mammal Week to carry out an afternoon practical activity to help mammals of the Tees Valley. Meet at the Talpore car park at 1:15 for the minibus, before journeying to the site. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing.

Venue: Leaves from Margrove Heritage Centre

Friday 7th July 6:00pm (4 hours)

Join Jonathan for a trip onto the North Yorkshire Moors to see badgers up close and personal. The minibus will leave the Margrove Heritage Centre at 6pm.

Prior booking essential as places limited on the minibus. £5 deposit required

Venue: Meet at the bandstand in Ward Jackson Park

Come along to this drop in action packed session where there will be an opportunity for fun and games, making masks and testing your knowledge on all things furry.
