The Green Bridge Project started at the beginning of January 2006. As the project develops details of recent progress and upcoming events will be posted on this page.
First Partner Organisation Meeting
On behalf of Community Forests Northwest The Mersey Forest are setting up a meeting with partner organisations such as The Woodland Trust, Merseyside Wildlife Trust and local authorities covering Merseyside and North Cheshire, to discuss opportunities for running a variety of training events for local community groups involved in preserving our natural heritage. After this meeting individual meetings with the groups will be held and a programme of training events for 2006 will be produced.
