An Attachment to Place, Rough Fell Country
Location: Cumbria

On behalf of a fledgling community group, this project is being overseen by a Rural Community Council. The new group came together as a result of a LEADER project in the local area.

The group is exploring the impact of 'rough fell' sheep rearing (a locally distinctive breed of sheep) on landscape and culture in the area.

The group is also exploring the best way to involve the wider community in the project.
