Heywood Memories Society Get –Together
Venue: THE NEW JERUSALEM CHURCH (‘New Church’ to us oldies!) Pine Street entrance
Come along and meet old friends, workmates, and relatives. Bring your old photographs, scrapbooks and memories and enjoy a good chinwag.
Again, name-tags will be provided on arrival, so don’t be afraid that no-one will recognize you or you them. If you think you recognize someone and they are chatting to someone else, just butt in and introduce yourself, or look at the list of arrivals at he entrance to see if you know any of them.
Back copies of the Magazine will be on sale, also a new book “Heywood Then and Now”, showing Heywood as it was and how it is now, in photographs, some of which have not been seen before.
Once more (very) light refreshments will be available.
