Project launch
Location: Buckinghamshire

The launch on February 27th was a huge success. Around 190 people came through the Downley Memorial Hall in the three hours the launch was set up. There was such an enthusiastic atmosphere as people signed up for events, chatted to people they knew or realised they lived near, and didn't already know! Children got involved by eagerly looking over the finds tray on one display and volunteering their services for the 'Downley Time Team'!

It was such a nice relaxed atmosphere to discuss the project over a glass of wine and plate of good food.
