Location: Oxfordshire
Two Boat Journeys to Oxford
One from Cropredy in the north of the county, one from Henley in the South.
The Cropredy boat heads south along the Oxford Canal. The Henley boat heads north along the Thames.

- Tales of times past when the water was a working industrial and trade route.
- Tales of times when the rivers flooded.
- Tales of lockkeepers and canal folk.
- Romantic stories of river life.
Each evening the boats will moor up and spill out their cargo of storytellers, singers, historians....and surprises. The boat crews will be joined by local people to tell and be told stories of life on and by the water.
Boat with Tales... Evening activities will begin at around 6.30pm....or come by later, and let the history of the Oxfordshire rivers and canals wash over you. Join us for a relaxed evening by the river or canal. Bring friends, bring a picnic, or nip to the local hostelry for fuel.
