Calloways Lane Restoration Project
Location: West Sussex
Restoration of an ancient lane known as Calloways Lane. The lane is 340m in length from the entrance, opposite the church, to the old marl pit. The lane is very overgrown and in need of clearance work. The project will involve clearing the site and the old pond, planting of indigenous trees and research into the history of the lane, and the marl extraction in the parish.
