Our Millennium Book
Location: Bath and NE Somerset

The project has raised awareness of the local heritage and history of the villages of Priston and Inglesbatch. It has done this through local people investigating and researching information on local heritage assets.

The main outcome of this project was a published book, and material which has been deposited in local libraries, museums and the county records office. The group also produced a website.

The project held a public ceremony for the launch of the book on 22 November 2001. The ceremony took place in Priston Village Hall and was attended by about 200 people. Representatives of the press, LHI and Bath & South East Somerset Council also attended.
