Somersetshire Coal Canal Photographic Survey
Location: Bath and NE Somerset

The aim of the project is to raise awareness among local people of the local history and heritage features of the Somersetshire Coal Canal through the undertaking of a photographic survey of the route. The project will enable these communities to play an active part in developing recommendations and proposals for practical improvements to the canal and the surrounding environment. They will be able to identify issues and opportunities that are important to them particularly in relation to industrial heritage, canal structures, access and interpretation, wildlife landscape and other associated matters.
