The Heritage Trail.
YET TO BE COMPLETED.
The text for the Heritage Trail has been compiled and written by the local museum. It was printed from a computer, with colour photographs, to be used by those interested during the Festival- over thirty copies were taken. Competitive quotes have been obtained for the Interpretation Boards, which will be completed in the autumn. We are in the process of selecting a site for the only Heritage Trail Interpretation Board that will need planning consent. As soon as this is done we will apply for the necessary consent. Photographic and Video Records of the Festival.
The video and photographic records were taken during the Festival and are in the process of being edited.
NOTE: We are very pleased that it was a requirement of the grant that we should take photographic records of the project. I think that we would not have thought of doing this in an organised manner, without this requirement. I am certain that we will enjoy seeing the finished records.
