Local Historian Gives Talk
Location: Devon
Gerry Woodcock, the local historian from Tavistock, gave a most interesting and entertaining talk on all 20 sites to be incorporated in our mosaic.
The meeting, held on Wednesday, 7th September, was well attended and Gerry's descriptions helped to consolidate ideas groups had for their plaques.
Gerry very kindly left several books and old photographs of the area, which can be used by the groups for reference, which please feel free to borrow. call Helen on 01822 612981.
