On Tenterhooks
Location: Gloucestershire

The project is aiming to work with a wide range of partners and communities to research the industrial, agricultural, cultural and natural history along the River Frome between Arundel Mill and Capel Mill.

In order to achieve this the group will be running about 40 creative workshops and walks with schools and interest groups which will consider the wool industry, old routes, dyeing, water power, railway and canal heritage and its place in the landscape and natural environment.

The group also intend to produce a series of circular walks with supporting material and education packs for schools. They will upload and edit material on the already existing website, which requires ‘upgrading’ to become a useful and accessible tool. The group will use the material researched to create and archive of publicly accessible documents and run a series of public exhibitions and events based around the study area.
