Swindon Village Mosaic Project
Location: Gloucestershire

The projects main aim is to create an ‘interactive’ sundial which is to be decorated with mosaic roundels, carved stones and incised bricks with poetry and images reflecting the flora, fauna, and the history of the village as chosen by community members.

The project will involve both the whole village and the National Star College for the disabled. The completed feature is intended to be positioned in a widely accessible public area, with supporting leaflets available at the Tourist Information Centres and the church adjacent to the site.
