History of the Mary Stevens Centre
Location: Dudley

The project will be launched with a "Down Memory Lane" day which will seek to make contact with local people who have personal memories and memorabilia including photographs of the house and of Ernest Stevens etc.

A selection of them will be later interviewed and their memories recorded. The group want to use the material gathered to inspire creative activities too. There will be workshops in creative writing and art workshops, extracts of which will form part of the book and exhibition.

The research and findings will be published in book form but will also be available in accessible formats for people with a sight loss - braille, large print or audio description tapes.
