Education Centre for Geology & Landscape
Location: Herefordshire

This project was based on geological formations in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

The project identified sites of geological and landscape interest that were suitable for educational and public use.

Schools and volunteers helped survey and record the sites and were involved in collacting samples. Four hundred children were directly involved in this project.

The samples that the project collected are now housed in display cabinets located at the University College, Worcester. There is public access to the samples.
