Resiting of Pumps
Venue: Various locations around Cannock Town Centre

Resiting of Two renovated pumps and fixing of six location plaques near their original sites.

Book Launch
Venue: The White House, The Green, Cannock

A successful launch of the book entitled The Story of Cannock Town Centre Through the Ages, took place on Saturday 27 November 2004. Over 80 people attended the exhibitions, presentations and a "Victorian period" buffet.

The buffet was presented and served by catering staff and students of Cannock Chase Technical College. These were: Tim Butler, Kim Stoddard, Gemma Smith, Lorriane Lloyd, Ruth Chaliner, Lindy Stevens, Wendy Armishaw, Marcus Bayley, Janye Armishaw, Simon Davies, Karen Bell and Lee Revill.

The books are now available free of charge from Cannock Library and Cannock Chase Muesum.






Walhouse School Colouring Competition

A colouring competition was held for children in years 3, 4, 5 and 6. They had to colour in a drawing of Linfords Iromongers Shop.

The competition was judged by Mrs Betty Wheeler and Councillor Robert Meaden. The overall winner was Rowan Wart in year 4. Runners up were: Lauren Whitehouse (year 6), Rebecca Jones (Year 5) and Shannon Hope (year 3)
