INTERVIEWS: of people who have lived in, worked in, have had family involved in, or are aware of the local area.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: This project is committed to involving the local community wherever possible. The research project incorporates evening classes run by the local branch of the WEA (Workers Education Authority).

Professional contacts will be consulted when it is believed expert knowledge is required

Phase 1 of the project was to collect working maps, documents, geological information, etc. so as to determine out survey strategy.

Phase 2 is to concentrate our efforts initially on 5 fields which, based on our original survey, show great promise of containing a pre-historic settlement and field system.

Phase 3 will broaden out to include the rest of the site.
