Old Recipes of North Yorkshire
Location: North Yorkshire

This project is collating recipes from 19th century North Yorkshire.

The project is producing a cookbook with the informative historical evidence that they are uncovering. This will illustrate why and how such recipes were used in the past.

Besides researching the recipes, the group is also preparing the dishes, ensuring that the recipes are complete and palatable. The finished cookbook will have illustrations and photographs.

The group is planning that the launch of the book should coincide with a banquet of selected courses and drinks.
